Abstract:
In this study, we dealt with the concept of organizational communication in achieving job satisfaction, and the study aimed to highlight the role of organizational communication in order to reach job satisfaction, by addressing the basic problem about the extent to which organizational communication contributes to improving the effectiveness of job satisfaction, so we adopted in this study the descriptive approach Analytical in the first chapter, while in the second chapter we adopted A case study approach, and we have adopted through a questionnaire that was directed to the workers and employees of the Batimital Corporation in Ain Defla, which is a random sample in which we dealt with the hypotheses of the study and after analyzing and interpreting the results based on the statistical program spss, there is a strong relationship between organizational communication and job satisfaction, and the presence of Directed strong correlation between “organizational communication and job satisfaction”.
