Abstract

hrough our study of the realities of the general principles of the ethics of the office profession and the extent of the commitment of employees in the main library of public insight "Hamdan Hajjaji", Ain Al-Dufly State, this study was aimed at knowing the professional ethics of the offices and the principles they adhere to during their practice of the office profession, We touched upon the concept of office ethics and evolution. and the office profession in Algeria and the services provided by this profession and the most important ethical principles to be observed by my office, The study aimed to illustrate the latter's importance in the field of libraries and information and to highlight the more important role of improving staff performance. In order to address this issue, we have drawn on the descriptive approach to the questionnaire's research tool and have finally come to the conclusion and suggestions that the office profession requires its own ethics, The personal behaviors of my office also contribute to the development of the profession and help to provide better services and laws must also be put in place to hold employees accountable for breaches of ethical obligations in the office profession
