Abstract:
The aim of this study is to show the impact of internal communication on the creative orientation of employees, by relying on the dimensions of internal communication (empowerment, training, motivation, organizational culture and internal interaction) and this is by knowing the opinions of a sample of the study community consisting of 14 workers at the Central Library of Chlef University About the practice of internal communication and improving their innovative orientation, and it was relied on the inductive approach with its tools of description and analysis, and the use of my programs: EXCEL7 and SPSS 21, to reach in the end that the innovative orientation is directly related to the practice of internal communication and improving the innovative orientation of workers at the Central Library of the University of Chlef and all its interests It is affected by the management methods and administrative procedures practiced by the university using internal communication in its dimensions.
