dc.description.abstract This note dealt with the study of the role of motivation and its role in improving and raising the level of employees, which is an important topic for employees of the institution and those interested in managing the human resource. The subject of the study was divided into two chapters. In the first chapter, the theoretical and applied literature was dealt with by studying the topic of the role of motivation in improving the performance of workers for the university under study from several aspects related to them. Previous studies were also relied on as a reference for the current study. In the second chapter, we discussed the field study at the University of Jilali, Bounaama, Khamis Miliana, in the state of Ain Defla, as an applied model to identify the role of motivation in improving the performance of its employees, while highlighting the relationship between them fr_FR
