dc.description.abstract | The study aimed to know the impact of the management of human competencies in its four dimensions in raising the performance of work teams at the Multi Center for Youth Prevention in Khemis Miliana. After analyzing the data using the SPSS program, the study concluded that the management of competencies is a very effective and essential role in raising the distinguished performance in the center under study, and there is a statistically significant relationship between the management of competencies and raising the performance of work teams. | fr_FR |
