Abstract:
This study aimed to know the role of organizational loyalty in developing organizational citizenship behavior among the workers in the state agency for urban real estate management and regulation in AinDefla. In the statistics,we have adopted the the Social Statistical Package Program (SPSS v20). In this study, we have concluded that the employees' evaluation of organizational loyalty and organizational citizenship behavior was positive. In addition, there was a statistically significant effect at the level of morale (0.05≥α) for organizational loyalty with its dimensions on the citizenship behavior of the agency workers under study
