Résumé:
The study aimed to reach proposals that help in the development of e-learning by identifying the most important (tools, e-learning requirements) from the university professors' point of view, and identifying the most important requirements necessary to develop and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of e-learning. The study relied on the descriptive approach because it is most appropriate to study the subject of our research in order to obtain data and information about e-learning. The study concluded that the lack of e-learning equipment hinders the e-learning process. The weak Internet negatively affects the e-learning process. The use of communication sites between the teacher and the student develops the e-learning process.
