Abstract:
Electronique management has become the back one of modern societies ; it is an impérative necessity that must be sought to bé applied in all institutions ;in order to keep pace with techological progress in the field of communications and information technologie ; and the électronique management has played an important rôle in improving the quality of services of all kinds ; through the speed of implémentation ; proficiency and accuracy ; reducing the occurrence of errons and effectiveness in providing the service ; in addition to reducing procédures in completing transactions and costs ; which led to easy communication betwween institutions.And its customers and also facilitate administrative transactions at the internal level of institutions. In order to ensure the électronique administration service ; it is necessary to spread an électronique culture of the services provided by the institution to its customers and with other institutions ; and to restore the infrastructure of the latter in accordance with what is compatible with the modern environnement.
Where this study aims to research the various aspects of electronic management and its role in improving the quality of service provided by institutions ; and we have tried through this study to shed light on the most important characteristics of electronic management and its dimentions and applications that depend on information technologie such as communications ; networks and databases and devices and software ; with the provision of the Internet as the most important means adopted by institutions in providing their websites ; and it is one of the most used technologies ; and the study was conducted in an institution and its derivatives in Chlef.
