Abstract:
This study aims at the impact of strategic management on the performance of the employees of local authorities, by dropping the field study on the Directorate of Local Authorities - Ain Defla -, in order to identify how to exploit the strategic management in the organization to influence the employee's performance, by relying on the descriptive approach in the aspect The theoretical study, and the analytical approach on the field side, where the study sample was identified with 30 individuals, and the analysis process was done using the statistical packages spss program, and in the last it was reached the great impact of strategic management on the performance of employees in the local directorate of Ain Defla
