dc.description.abstract This study came in order to show the impact of the quality of health service on patient satisfaction, and it aimed to identify the level of health service quality in the hospital institution for neighborhood health in AlAbadia. To achieve the objectives of this study, a questionnaire was designed for patients, where the number of samples is 50 patients for the purpose of testing hypotheses to answer the study questions, using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program to present and analyze the results of study. The study reached the following conclusion that there is an impact of the quality of health services on patient satisfaction. fr_FR
